Repeat Prescriptions

Please allow at least two full working days, excluding Saturday and Sunday, for us to prepare your prescription. There are various ways you may request a repeat of your medication:

1. In person at the surgery
2. Online - see below.  IMPORTANT - When using Systmonline to order your repeat please state which surgery you wish to collect from in the comments box.
3. Post – we can return your prescriptions by post if you attach a stamped self addressed envelope to your prescription request
4. Fax – click here for a pre-printed fax form
5. Automatic repeats - If you have the same medcines and the same dose each month we can set up an automatic repeat to avoid the need for re-ordering each month.  Please come into the surgery and speak to a dispenser to set this up.

To obtain a password please take photographic id to reception at the surgery.

Dispensary

Regulations do not allow us to dispense to any patient who lives within a mile of a chemist or patients who are living in an urban area. However, exceptions can be made in an emergency or if you have particular difficulty in reaching a chemist, i.e. limited mobility. If you would like to discuss this further please speak to one of our dispensers.
