HOW TO REQUEST A HOME VISIT

We can offer the most comprehensive care in our fully equiped Surgery, however, if you are too unwell to attend the surgery please telephone the receptionist who will arrange for the duty doctor to contact you. Please consider that the time required for one home visit can be equivalent to four or more Surgery consultations.

All visits are carried out after morning surgery. Due to our large practice area we cannot always guarantee that you will be seen by a particular GP. For routine home visits please ring before 11am: 01245 360253 or 01376 341411.
