As a training practice we also have GP Registrars’ working within the practice at different stages of their training. They now spend 2yrs in Primary Care as part of their 3yr post graduate training, so for some it is their first experience in Primary Care and others they are coming to the end of their training and preparing for their final exam. Their time within the surgery varies depending on their allocated placement. They are always supervised and supported by their Trainers in their daily clinics. We have three trainers and usually have three trainees at any one given time.
